Low Calorie Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

Anyway, let’s get to it.
LOW CALORIE PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE MOUSSE!
Bring on the feeling of falling leaves, crisp air, blue skies, apple picking, jeans and boots, hoodies, and…. PUMPKIN PIE! One of the MANY EASY WAYS of staying healthy while still enjoying the favorites of the holidays, and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS!
drum-roll please… THIS IS LESS THAN 100 CALORIES PER SERVING!
2 cups of COLD nonfat milk
1 box of Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
15oz Libby 100% Pure Canned Pumpkin
1 1/2 cups of Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Whisk the pudding mix and milk together in a bowl until blended.
Add in the rest of the ingredients until completely mixed.
Leave the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Do I need to mention again that THIS IS LESS THAN 100 CALORIES PER SERVING!?!?
