Low Calorie Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

Brace yourself, because you are so not ready for this one.

No matter who I sell the It Works Body Wraps to (aka The Ultimate Body Applicator), I consistently preach to them about maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. I’m constantly asked, “How did you keep your results for over a year?”, and my answer is ALWAYS, “I just watched what I was eating.”

Low Calorie Pumpkin Cheesecake MousseNot exactly rocket science, but still people want to know, nonetheless. Either way, if YOU haven’t seen my personal it works body wrap results yet, you should probably click that link and check them out.

It’s because of those results that I actually sell them now. It’s also because of those results that I completely changed my diet and lifestyle, and continue to make smarter food choices on the things I love. That way, I’m not deprived, AND… I stay sexy 😉 haha!

Anyway, let’s get to it.
